What happens after registering a claim?

Most companies will send a surveyor for an inspection of your car’s damages. He will then report the same back to the insurance company, and a claim assessment will be sent to you. This usually takes a few days. Digit, on the other hand, has made this process very simple. If you have a smartphone, just do a self-inspection yourself, i.e. by taking pictures of your car’s damages. After receiving the pictures, Digit will share a claim assessment, and if the customer agrees to the same, the customer can either choose to take advance cash for repairs, or choose to go cashless by visiting one of Digit’s Authorized Repair Centers.
